    Bandon hosts it's first-ever Gorse Blossom Festival in February 2017! In a joint effort between the Bandon Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Bandon Association, as well as our community's restaurateurs, merchants, and non-profit organizations, Bandon brings you three days of fun-filled festival activities. All three days of our festival include 40+ concessionaires for food, wine, beer, and more.

    On Friday and Saturday, enjoy screenings of the Oregon Coast Film Festival entries in Old Town Bandon. After the festival on Friday and Saturday, walk through Old Town and enjoy custom Wine Tour, Winemaker, and Brewmaker Dinners at one of three Old Town restaurants.

    Saturday, the gate opens at the Gorse Blossom Festival grounds, where 40+ vendors provide delectable food and drink for festival guests. Sunday, Bandon hosts it's Sunday Fun Run – where every step brings you closer to that hair-of-the dog, culminating in a refreshing Bloody Mary. Mid-day, come back to the festival venue for a seafood feast.

    The Bite of Bandon Culinary Showcase and Auction is an annual event featuring 15 local restaurants and gourmet food purveyors who donate their time and "bites" to benefit the Bandon Community Youth Center.

    Local food judges are challenged to select the best of the bunch with awards presented for "Best Savory," "Best Sweet," and "Best Display." Attendees vote for the "People's Choice" award recipient.

    Capacity is limited at this popular, sell-out event. Ticket price includes your "bites."  No-host beverage refreshment is provided by local artisan brew pubs and wine suppliers. Tables of 8 are available and recommended for groups who prefer to be seated together.
