Where Ocean-Lovers Gather

Pacific City is a beach town located beneath the large headland of Cape Kiwanda. Sandy beaches, long views, and great surf make this a dream for ocean lovers.

This idyllic locale is surrounded by an abundance of beautiful landmarks. A huge rock “sea stack” juts from the water just off shore. A towering sand dune provides access to the top of Cape Kiwanda for views of the ocean surf crashing against the coastal rocks below. That same breakwater shelters Cape Kiwanda’s beaches, making it an excellent spot for surfing and fishing. Watch dorymen launch their boats right on the beach while sitting on the patio of a cafe or brewery that overlooks the sea.
