Patrick has been a professional fisherman since 1999. He and his family have also owned and operated Fishpatrick’s Crabby Café since 2003. Quality food and attention to detail has kept that little restaurant successful ever since. Patrick captains the Manatee II, and catches and handles his fish with the same attention to detail. The tuna are carefully iced, and delivered to a USDA processing and canning facility in Coos Bay, Oregon.
