Bioblitz & Community Market

You’re invited to a community science event. On June 20th, the Bioblitz and Community market in Yachats, Oregon, hosted in partnership with Cape Perpetua Collaborative and Wildcraft Cider & Pantry.

What to Expect?

BioBlitzes are a community effort to record as many species in an area during a certain time period. Volunteers of all experience levels can document the species living in and around the Cape Perpetua area using the iNaturalist app and upload their photos and observations. There will be marine scientists and naturalists out in the field to help volunteers record and learn about the species they find.

After tide pooling, meet at Wildcraft Cider & Pantry to enjoy the community market with marine science organizations, vendors, and artists.
