Salmonberry Trail Guided Hike: City of Rockaway Beach to Big Cedar Park

A coastal hike from city to forest, ending at Big Cedar Park — home to one of the area’s oldest and largest trees. Walking along the mighty Pacific Ocean, the group will head south on Rockaway Beach's boardwalk toward the Big Cedar Park.

You'll also learn about the Rockaway Beach Old Growth Nature Preserve from Bill Hassell of Trail Keepers of Oregon and how it was built with the wetland ecosystem in mind.
