Located just north of Bandon, Bullards Beach State Park has a large, full service campground with many options for the outdoor enthusiast. The campground is protected from coastal winds and is nestled among shore pines. The campground includes  numerous RV and tent sites as well as a hiker and biker camping area, yurts, a yurt meeting hall, a horse camp with primitive sites, and an amphitheater where evening programs can be hosted.

The beach trail leaves from Loop B in the campground and proceeds for roughly 1 mile through shore pines and over a small dune. Other options for nearby adventures include the historic Coquille River Lighthouse, equestrian trails, fishing and crabbing, wildlife viewing areas, and over 4 miles of sandy beach to explore.
