The Tea House

The Tea House is a modern, eco-friendly shipping container home in the quiet beachside neighborhood of Tierra Del Mar. Featured in the "Street of Dreams," this unique home highlights efficient design using recycled materials. Thoughtfully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an open-concept kitchen and living area, it also includes a hide-a-bed, smart home features like Alexa and YouTube TV, and strong WiFi. Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio with a fire pit, BBQ, and a surfer’s shower, all backing up to peaceful forestland. Beach access is just a short block away, and one well-behaved dog is welcome (with a nightly pet fee).

Tierra Del Mar is a quiet coastal village located 3 miles north of Pacific City along the scenic Three Capes Route. With a mix of historic cabins and modern homes, all just steps from the sand, it’s a perfect destination for long beach walks and beachcombing for agates and glass floats. The nearby Sandlake Dunes area offers even more outdoor adventure. The Tea House is managed by Kiwanda Coastal Properties, a trusted, locally owned company with 30+ years of experience and over 50 homes in the area. Our local office is open daily to provide responsive service and ensure a great stay. Most homes require guests to be at least 24 years old.
