North Coast Fat Biking

    Riding a fat bike gives you the freedom to discover new places. The six-mile journey along the Netarts Spit leads you to the tip of the spit, providing unique views of Netarts and three sea stacks off the coast of Oceanside.

  4. Cape Kiwanda – Pacific City, OR
    Make this ocean fat bike ride as short or as long as you have the energy for. Climb large dunes, explore hidden beaches and get out past the crowds in the Bob Straub State Park.

    Lincoln City is known for its seven miles of breathtaking beach, and what better way to see it all than on a fat bike. This is a beach ride made for any level of experience.

  4. Dune Ride Exploration – Florence, OR
    Climb the steep dunes south of Florence and play around in the fluffy, sandy hills. Then travel along the shore, back to Florence, with a ride that truly has it all.

    Experiene a backcountry adventure on the Oregon coast. Forge rivers, dodge quicksand in this exciting cape to cape adventure.
    Distance: 20 miles
  3. Bandon – Bandon, OR
    This coastal ride is diverse and will take you rolling alongside desolate beaches, visiting a lighthouse and riding into the small town of Bandon. Split into two rides or one large one and head south to ride through rock tunnels and explore the massive rock features of Face Rock and Haystack Rock.
    Distance: 18.7 miles
  4. Banana Belt – Gold Beach, OR
    This ride takes you from the beaches to the woods in one diverse loop. You’ll start with riding around stunning rock features and end on soil rich wooded lake trails.
    Distance: 12 miles



  1. Ride the beach with a tailwind and ride the road back into the headwind.
  2. Ride at low tide, it’s faster and allows you riding access around large rock features.
  3. Come prepared to get wet at stream crossings.
