Salishan Thanksgiving Buffet

Gather at Salishan on Thanksgiving for a festive family-style harvest buffet, served with heart and connection. Enjoy traditional holiday favorites alongside seasonal Northwest flavors, crafted to nourish both body and soul. This year’s feast celebrates the bounty of the Pacific Northwest with local, organic ingredients prepared fresh in-house—from Columbia River cedar plank salmon to classic house-made sides and seasonal desserts—all made to honor tradition with vibrant, regional flavor.

This Thanksgiving, Salishan is honored to share not only a meal but a moment of gratitude that extends beyond the table. A portion of proceeds from this buffet will support Family Promise of Lincoln County, a local organization helping families in need find stability, housing, and hope.
