Oregon Marine Reserves Day

Join in the celebration of the Cascade Head Marine Reserve, one of five Marine Reserves located along Oregon’s coastline. Hear from experts, enjoy entertainment, and make some unique ocean-based art. The event, located at Pelican Brewing on Siletz Bay, will start off in an open house style format, transitioning to a sit-down informational session upstairs.

3 – 5:00 p.m. – Downstairs – Open House Event

• Offerings include information booths, Biosphere Brew tasting, Fisher Poet readings, and Gyotaku fish printing demonstrations.

5 – 7:30 p.m. – Upstairs – Limited seating available – be sure to RSVP – donations gladly accepted

• Enjoy speakers, slide shows and videos presented by various content experts, followed by a dedicated question and answer session. (Full meal and beverage service available)
