NeCus’ Park

Located on the North end of Cannon Beach, NeCus' Park features a 10-foot cedar statue named the “Welcome Pole.” Carved by native artist, Guy Capoeman, the Welcome Pole was crafted to celebrate and connect to a time when tribes traveling to the Columbia or Nehalem Rivers would visit one another or attend celebrations.
