Fall Kite Festival

Kick off the Fall Kite Festival with a dazzling Night Fly. Come see the swirl of colors across the night sky at Lincoln City’s 2026 Fall Kite Festival. Watch the skies come alive as illuminated kites light up the evening over the beach in a magical, family-friendly display you won’t want to miss. This exciting evening event featuring specially designed LED-lit kites will take place on Friday, September 25th, from 7 – 9 p.m. Free shuttle service will be available from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. that evening.

Enjoy the various other Fall Kite festivities beginning at 10 a.m. on both Saturday, September 26th and Sunday, September 27th. Due to ongoing Welcome Center construction at D River Wayside, all three days of this exciting event will be relocated this year to the beach at the Chinook Winds Casino Resort. The annual Fall Kite Festival is a longstanding family vacation tradition. Come experience this beautiful show and let your heart soar.
