Coastal Canine Classic

The inaugural Coastal Canine Classic will bring a full weekend of dog-focused fun, activities, and coastal charm to Florence this October. From friendly competitions, demonstrations, family-friendly entertainment like movies and photo shoots, fashion shows, and opportunities to celebrate our four-legged companions, this brand-new event is sure to become a favorite tail-wagging tradition.

Agility:

A fun agility course will be set up at the Florence Events Center. All canine competitors will receive treats and belly rubs, but top performers will win valuable prizes.

Fashion:

Fashion goes to the dogs. Dress to impress and prepare for a dress-up contest that’s simply fetching. Fur, feathers, superheroes, pirates, ballet dancers—you never know who’ll be unleashed next. Who’s going to be known fur puttin’ on the dog and looking like the cat’s meow? It’s the kind of competition that’s off the chain in all the best ways. Canine competitors can strut, stroll, spin, or roll their way across the fashion runway. Prizes will be awarded in several categories.

Demonstrations:

Watch skilled trainers and talented dogs show off their best tricks. Every demonstration is sure to earn a round of a-paws. You’ll be so doggone impressed that you’ll sit up and beg for an encore.
