Photo Contest

Posted by OCVA / January 28, 2009

The 25th Annual Lincoln City Summer Kite Festival theme this year is “Pacific Wonderland”. In late 1960, Oregon introduced the “Pacific Wonderland” license plate, which turned out to be its only stamped “slogan” plate ever made. Or you may remember the punk rock band “Everclear” releasing the song “Pacific Wonderland” in 1997.
In 2009 Lincoln City will show the world what “Pacific Wonderland” means to us with not only with an International Kite Festival but through pictures from our scenic coastal town.
Dig through the old photos you have taken during trips to Lincoln City (or visit us this winter and take new ones!) Send us of your favorite “Pacific Wonderland” spots in Lincoln City and earn a chance to win a weekend get-a-way.
