Triathalon Races

One, two, or three person teams can compete in kayaking, running, and mountain bike races. There will be a 4 mile kayak race on the Umpqua River, 8 mile biking leg, and a 4 mile running leg through Salmon Harbor. Total times of the staged events determine the winners. Competitors can enter in a single leg or all three stages as a 1, 2 or 3 person team.
