Fly Fishing Expo 2011

The Lower Umpqua Flycasters will be holding their 21st annual Fly Fishing Expo at the Reedsport High School Cafeteria from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Activities will include Fly tying, information tables, equipment displays as well as displays by various stream and fish enhancement groups, door prizes, a silent auction, a Flycasting demonstration with certified FFF casting instructor Frank Moore, concessions, and raffle drawings each hour all day.

There will be special programs, including “Ocean Flyfishing for Coho” at 10:00 a.m. by Bill Nelson; “Flyfishing Wind River Mountains” at 11:00 a.m. by Dave Williams; and “Steelhead Flyfishing in Oregon” at 1:00 p.m. by Rob Russell.
