Paper Arts Festival

What has eleven instructors, sixteen workshops and four classrooms? OCCA’s 14th annual Newport Paper Arts Festival. Participants come from all over the state and beyond, some long-time NPAF veterans, some new to the festival, all enthusiastic about spending creative time on the central Oregon coast. The 16 instructors are experienced teachers and working artists, from Oregon, Washington and California. Does this all sound exciting?
