Join us at the Culinary Center in Lincoln City for a one-plate demo celebrating the late summer harvest.

Menu: Pappardelle with chunky tomato and veggie sauce: hand-cut wide pasta noodles served with roasted cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and eggplant tossed in olive oil and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
