All American Lunch at the Culinary Center

Let’s get an early start on the holiday with our version of an all-American lunch…using local ingredients.

  • Summer chopped salad
  • Fried chicken on a biscuit with honey; orange-garlic sauteed kale
  • All-American strawberry & blueberry galette with Tillamook vanilla ice cream
