Description: Enjoy Asian favorites using Oregon coast specialties


  • Egg flower soup with Dungeness crab
  • Asian sticky ribs and slaw Summer rolls with peanut sauce
  • Thai basil chicken ginger lemon sorbet with an almond cookie

Instructor: Chef Sharon Wiest and Sous Chef Donna Riani.

Cost: $55 per person, includes meal and wine
