Hands-On Asian Cooking Intensive

We’ll devote a day each to Korea and Vietnam, and then spend the third making dumplings from all different Asian countries. This hands-on class gives students an opportunity to learn necessary techniques for the preparation of authentic Asian cuisine. At the end of each day, we’ll enjoy our creations together, family-style, and discuss what we learned. Cost is $325 per person for all three days.
