“Culinary Cup” preview at OCCI

Oregon Coast Culinary Institute’s talented chef instructors, a decorated graduate from the 2012 Youth Team, and current students are preparing to compete in the “Culinary Cup” competition in Orlando, Florida being held later in September. To prepare, chefs and students will be practicing their recipes and letting the community taste the results at two special lunch events planned for September 3 and 4, 2014.

This competition requires that precise guidelines are followed utilizing specific ingredients and methods.   

A limited number of seats are available. The four-course lunches, consisting of duck, seafood, beef and a delicious dessert, are being held at noon at the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute. Price is $15.00 per person. Reservations are required.

OCCI is located on the Southwestern Oregon Community College Campus.
