Surfsand Resort to Host ‘Explore Oregon’ James Beard House Preview Dinner

April 13 event will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Oregon

 WHAT: Chefs from the Stephanie Inn and The Wayfarer Restaurant present a wine dinner event ahead of their trip to the James Beard House in New York where they’ll showcase Oregon coastal cuisine in the Explore Oregon dinner series. This is an opportunity for foodies on the coast and in Portland to experience and savor the fantastic menu without traveling to New York. Savor the Oregon coast with this delectable menu that captures the flavors, the spirit and the unique lifestyle only found on Oregon’s coast.

WHEN:   Sunday, April 13, 2014, Beginning bites and cocktails at 5:30 p.m., Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m.

WHERE: Surfsand Resort Ballroom, 148 West Gower Ave. Cannon Beach, OR 97110

PRICE: $150 per person, including gratuity

WHO: The event features food prepared by Martin Hospitality Corporate Chef, Will Leroux and his culinary team, which includes the Wayfarer Restaurant & Lounge’s Executive Chef, Josh Archibald and the Stephanie Inn Dining Room’s Sous Chef, Libby Cure.

$50 from every ticket sold will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Oregon.
