Scotland’s Tannahill Weavers Perform in Lincoln City

Scotland’s Tannahill Weavers will bring their dynamic, traditional Celtic music to the Lincoln City Cultural Center on Friday, Feb. 21. The LCCC is proud to present this touring international band, in a concert starting at 7 pm. Doors to the auditorium will open at 6:30.

The Tannahill Weavers are one of Scotland’s premier traditional bands. Their diverse repertoire spans the centuries with fire-driven instrumentals, topical songs, and original ballads and lullabies. Their music demonstrates to old and young alike the rich and varied musical heritage of the Celtic people. These versatile musicians have received worldwide accolades consistently over the years for their exuberant performances and outstanding recording efforts.

Tickets for the Feb. 21 Lincoln City performance are $15 in advance, and $17 at the door, on sale now at the LCCC, 540 NE Hwy. 101 in Lincoln City. Tickets may also be purchased over the phone, using a VISA or MasterCard, by calling 541-994-9994. There will be beer, wine, sodas and concession items sold throughout the show.
