Hands-on Italian Cooking Intensive

Hands-on Italian Cooking Intensive at the Culinary Center in Lincoln City.  This hands-on class gives students an opportunity to learn necessary techniques for the preparation of authentic Italian cuisine. At the end of each day we’ll enjoy our creations together, family-style, and discuss what we learned. We will also explore Italian wines throughout the class. Cost: $325, includes meals and wine.
