Hands-on Canning & Pickling – Part 1 at the Culinary Center in Lincoln City from 1PM – 4PM. Join the food preservation movement and gain the confidence to can at home. Home canning lets you enjoy food (at the height of flavor and ripeness) all year round. Price includes a jar or two of all the items we make. Cost: $55, jars of items canned included.
