Mardi Gras Jambalaya Cook-off at the Culinary Center in Lincoln City. Jambalaya is one of the Creole Cookery’s hallmarks. See what our Oregon coast chefs can create at this annual event held at the Culinary Center in Lincoln City on Saturday, Jan. 26th, from 11am-2pm.
