“Cooking Italian” Grand Sauces

“Pasta All Carte” – Students will learn how to prepare three types of pasta dishes, a la carte. Fettucini Alredo, Linguini Pescatori – assorted seafood and Spaghetti all Putanesca (created in Monterey Bay, CA)

Cost is $25 per person plus the cost of food. Cooking classes for up to 10 students.. Payment should be made 3 days in advance by calling Chef Dan Catanio or emailing wonderfulfood128@hotmail.com Classes take place at Saint Monica’s Church.

Future classes are planned each week.
