“Cooking Italian” Grand Sauces

Grandmother Sauces – Tomato, Espanole (Brown sauce), Volute Sauce, Hollandaise, Bechamel (white cream sauce). Students will learn how to create all 5 grandmother sauces.

Cost is $25 per person plus the cost of food. Cooking classes for up to 10 students.. Payment should be made 3 days in advance by calling Chef Dan Catanio or emailing wonderfulfood128@hotmail.com Classes take place at Saint Monica’s Church.

Future classes are planned each week.
