Hands-on Cioppino

Hands-On Cioppino class at the Culinary Center in Lincoln City from 11AM – 2PM. In this hands-on class you’ll learn to make this classic coastal stew with fresh local seafood. We’ll also prepare a salad and foccacia to go with it, and discover some great local wines to pair with our meal. Cost: $50, includes wine and meal.
