Hands-on Summer Pasta Workshop

Celebrate late summer while learning to make homemade pasta in this hands-on class at the Culinary Center in Lincoln City with Chef Sharon Wiest and Chef Pati D’Eliseo. We’ll roll out fresh egg fettuccine and cook it with seasonal albacore tuna, stuff spinach cylinders with Sicilian tomato pesto, make fried ricotta dumplings, and farfalle with a delicious raw cherry tomato sauce.? Cost: $50, meal and wine included
