Hands-on Strawberry Canning Class

Join Linda Ziedrich, Author of The Joy of Jams, Jellies, and Other Sweet Preserves at the Culinary Center in Lincoln City to learn the basics of preserving this Oregon fruit…without added pectin. We’ll make old-fashioned strawberry jam, clear strawberry syrup, and strawberry-rhubarb jam with rose petals. And you’ll take home samples of each! $50
