Join Pati D’Eliseo with A Posto Personal Chefs at the Culinary Center in Lincoln City and make fresh mozzarella cheese for a Caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes and basil. Then it’s ‘open’ lasagna with grilled eggplant and zucchini, grilled local chicken ‘under a brick’, and enjoy fresh stuffed peaches for dessert. $50, includes meal and wine.
