Hands-on Goat Cheese Making

In this hands-on class you will learn the benefits of using fresh goat milk in cheese, resources for cheese making supplies, and how to make three different types of goat cheese (chevre, feta, mozzarella).  You will also taste some recipes using goat cheese and will take home all three cheeses!
