In Italy, no one cooks as well as the mother or the grandmother of the family, and they pass down their talents to the young women of the family. Chef Pati D’Eliseo, A Posto Personal Chef, will share three different pastas from 3 regions at the Culinary Center in Lincoln City: semolina gnocchi from Lazio, linguine with pesto from Liguria, and spiral-shaped cannelloni from Trentino-Alto Adige.
Cost: $50, includes meal and wine
