Mexican Small Plates Demo Class

Chef Graciela Polley will team up with Chef Sharon Wiest to share a fresh and local menu with a Mexican flair. Bring your spouse or a few friends for this lively evening.
Menu: nopales (cactus salad), queso fundido with chorizo, roasted corn and black bean salsa, squash blossom quesadillas, Alaskan sea scallop ceviche with tostones, churros with goat milk cajeta
Cost: $50, meal and drinks included
