Fresh Oregon Summer Supper Demo Class

In this demo class our chef will showcase the best of what’s available from the local farmers and the Pacific Ocean.

Menu: Baby beet salad with goat cheese and house-smoked bacon, roasted halibut with spring vegetable risotto, and strawberry rhubarb crisp with homemade vanilla ice cream.

Cost: $50, includes meal and wine
