In this class at the Culinary Center in Lincoln City, our chef will showcase the best of what’s available from our fabulous fall harvest at the coast. Menu: Cheese pierogi on a sauerkraut saute, honeycrisp apple and fennel slaw with sharp cheddar, roasted beef tenderloin with brussel sprouts and a truffled mushroom ragout, pecan tart with spiked chantilly

Cost: $50, meal and wine included
