Summer Small Plates Demo Class

In this demonstration-style class our chef will explore the fun and variety of eating small plates utilizing the bounty of the season and the Oregon Coast. Bring your spouse or a few friends for this lively evening.
Menu: Gazpacho-crab shooters, Nicoise salad with house-canned Albacore Tuna, watermelon-chili salad, grilled lamb chops with roasted fingerlings, Oregon berry shortcake
Cost: $50, meal and wine included
