Oregon Coast Entrepreneur Gives Helping Hand in the Gulf

Posted by OCVA / August 2, 2010

For the past three weeks, Tracie Driver, owner and operator of NorthWest EcoExcursions in Depoe Bay, Oregon, has been assisting the International Bird Research Rescue Center by rehabilitating birds that have been affected by the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. She is working hard to restore the beauty and wildlife of the Gulf so that they may be enjoyed by future generations. We believe in caring for our environments and maintaining their natural beauty. Tracie and many others have worked hard to save suffering birds and have been successful, releasing birds back into the wild where they can resume their lives in their natural habitat. Admist the images of crude oil in the ocean and on the beaches, it is nice to know that animals are being saved.
