Our honeymoon
My favorite memory of the coast is our honeymoon. We stayed at the Inn at Otter Crest. It was late when we got there, so we were not thinking clearly after a whirlwind of a wedding day. The room was very cute, but we couldn’t find the bed! There was another door attached to our room. I thought maybe we had a separate bedroom or something, so I tried to open the door, but it was locked. My husband came over and turned the knob as well, but nothing was happening. We tried looking through the keyhole, but all was dark. We were getting ready to call the front desk when we realized that the bed was actually a fold up in the wall type of bed. There had been a chair sitting in front of it, so it was hard to notice. The door we were trying to get open was another hotel room. Oops. We laughed about it for a long time.
