Great Food and the Haystack

This past weekend we took a friend visiting from South Carolina to Cannon Beach, Oregon. We couldn’t let him leave without seeing Haystack Rock so we stayed at the Hallmark Inn at Cannon Beach. Check in went smoothly and, the young man who helped, offered suggestions on where to eat. This included the . Kudos to him: The Wayside had great food and incredible service.

In addition, our room at the Hallmark Resort was immaculate and housekeeping made the extra effort to fold towels in the shape of shells and flowers. What a treat!
